These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Deliver King mobile application (“Deliver King”, “App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Deliver King, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Deliver King is a route-planning and address-sorting tool designed to help users organize delivery stops, review route order, process address input, use OCR-based address extraction, and open navigation in supported third-party map services.
The App is intended to assist with route preparation. It does not guarantee that any address, route, travel time, traffic condition, navigation result, or geocoding result is complete, accurate, or error-free.
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms under the laws that apply to you. If you use the App on behalf of a company or business, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Deliver King does not currently require users to create a traditional in-app account with username and password in order to use the core features of the App.
Some features of Deliver King may require payment, including subscription access and one-time purchases such as address packs.

Prices, billing periods, included limits, and product availability may change at any time and may vary by country, tax treatment, currency, Play Store configuration, or promotional offer.
All purchases are processed by Google Play, not directly by Deliver King.
If you purchase a subscription:
Any refund request is subject to Google Play policies and applicable law.
The App may offer a limited free tier and usage-based limits for address processing, route building, or similar features.
Free, subscription, and add-on limits are product rules and may be updated, improved, reduced, or restructured over time. Abuse, automated misuse, or attempts to bypass usage controls may result in restricted access.
Deliver King may rely on third-party services to provide parts of its functionality, including but not limited to:
Your use of third-party services may also be subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third parties. We are not responsible for outages, incorrect results, delays, pricing changes, policy changes, or failures caused by third-party providers.
You are responsible for:
You must not rely on the App as an emergency, legal, safety-critical, or life-critical system.

We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the App at any time, with or without notice. We may also change product rules, route features, billing logic, integrations, interface elements, or supported services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
The App may store route-related state, usage counters, cached geocoding results, and interface preferences locally on your device to support performance and continuity. Removing the App, clearing app storage, or changing devices may affect locally stored app data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deliver King is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
We do not warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deliver King and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, data, business, reputation, delivery income, or opportunity arising from or related to your use of the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the App will not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for the App features in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App or specific features if we believe you have violated these Terms, abused the service, attempted billing abuse, or used the App unlawfully. You may stop using the App at any time.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will become effective when posted, unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the App after updated Terms are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the country where the app operator is established, unless mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise.
