This Privacy Policy explains how Deliver King (“Deliver King”, “App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) accesses, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the Deliver King mobile application.

By using the App, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy.

1. What Deliver King Does

Deliver King is a route-planning and delivery-assistance app that helps users:

• enter and organize delivery stops;
• sort route stops into a practical order;
• process route data locally on the device;
• scan addresses from images using OCR;
• open navigation in third-party map services;
• use subscription and purchase-based feature limits.

2. Information We Access or Process

A. Addresses and Route Input

When you enter, import, scan, edit, or organize addresses in the App, those addresses are processed to provide route-building and route-sorting features. This may include:

• typed addresses;
• OCR-extracted address text from images selected by the user;
• address edits made inside the App;
• route grouping and stop-order information.

B. Photos and OCR Input

If you choose to scan a photo for OCR, the App processes the selected image to detect and extract address text. OCR processing is designed to run locally on the device for the route-import workflow. We do not sell your photos.

C. Device Location

If you grant location permission, the App may access your device location to improve route start behavior, such as using the driver’s current position as the first route anchor. Location permission is optional.

D. Purchase and Billing Information

If you use paid features, the App may process information related to purchases, including:

• product identifiers;
• subscription status;
• purchase tokens;
• order-related identifiers;
• purchase state and acknowledgment status;
• an obfuscated identifier derived from device/app context for purchase verification and fraud prevention.

Payments are processed by Google Play.

E. Local App Storage

The App may store certain information locally on your device, such as:

• saved route state;
• region forms and route draft content;
• cached geocoding results;
• usage counters and quota state;
• basic billing-related app state;
• app preferences and temporary route/session data.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• build and sort route stops;
• convert addresses into map coordinates;
• support OCR import and stop editing;
• enable navigation handoff to supported third-party map services;
• maintain app state between sessions;
• enforce plan limits and purchased usage;
• verify purchases and prevent abuse or fraud;
• improve reliability, performance, and troubleshooting.

4. When Data Is Shared Off Device

Some data may be transmitted off your device when required to provide the service. Examples include:

• address data sent to geocoding services to convert addresses into coordinates;
• purchase-related information sent to our secure billing backend for verification and entitlement processing;
• interactions with Google Play for subscriptions and in-app purchases;
• navigation handoff data sent to third-party map services when you choose to open navigation.

5. Third-Party Services

Deliver King may use third-party services, including:

• Google Play Billing / Google Play
• Google geocoding-related services
• Google Maps or supported external navigation apps
• mobile platform OCR and ML-related components
• our secure billing backend infrastructure

These third parties may process data under their own privacy policies and terms.

6. No Sale of Personal Data

We do not sell your personal data.

7. Data Retention

We keep data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Examples:

• route and draft data may remain on your device until you clear it, remove it, or uninstall the App;
• local cache and quota-related data may remain on the device to support performance and feature limits;
• limited purchase verification data and server-side technical records may be retained as needed for security, fraud prevention, debugging, financial records, and legal compliance.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information processed through the App. However, no method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Choices

You can:

• choose whether to grant location permission;
• choose whether to import photos for OCR;
• manage or cancel subscriptions through Google Play;
• clear local app data through your device settings;
• uninstall the App at any time.

10. Account Deletion / Data Deletion

Deliver King does not currently require a traditional in-app user account for core use.

If you want locally stored app data removed from your device, you can:

• clear the App’s storage in Android settings; or
• uninstall the App.

If you contact us regarding deletion of limited server-side billing verification data, we will review the request in accordance with applicable law, security requirements, fraud-prevention needs, and financial recordkeeping obligations.

11. Children

Deliver King is not intended for children.

12. International Use

If you use the App in different countries, your data may be processed in jurisdictions where our service providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards and provider infrastructure.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version becomes effective when posted, unless otherwise stated.
